I'm back from the 2 weeks confinement in Pulau Tekong.

For those who are concerned, I am currently in BMTC School 2, Leopard company.

The training during the confinement weeks was pretty slack, no punishment given during the stay.

Good news is that my stamina has improved. Bad news is that I actually gained 2kg. I wondered how Ong can lose 13kg in 13 weeks.

I guess I can't blog that often, but do leave a tag so that I can let you know that I am fine, and you are fine.
