A Change In The Air

I guess I woke up on the other side of my bed? Felt that today is slightly different from any other days. Perhaps Monday Blues hit me at the wrong direction?

CRM MST today, but I can only say I have confidence in passing, and don't mention about scoring excellent grade. Because I guess I messed up some parts of the paper. However, at least Adam Khoo's Mindmap works quite well, and I got to scan my 'precious' mindmap or I will throw it away and redo it next time during examination period.

And everybody is talking about NAPFA, especially after I put my test date on my MSN. I abandoned my buddies, and took 30th November instead, they booked on the 29th. Well, initially I booked on the 4th December but I guess I have decided to join my classmates. Though this move deprive myself of another potential training day. Whatever it is, I hope the new method I researched can help me to pass my 2.4km with at least a C, so that I can get Gold for NAPFA. And hopefully it can help me to gain more chances to apply into OCS. Well, talking is easy task, isn't it?

As requested from LLY, the new method I mentioned is called HIIT, and for loyal readers, I think I mentioned it in some other previous post, but it is just a short paragraph. Alright, back to topic, the HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The name alone makes me scared. It is to do a form of exercise, either sprinting (Yes, it is sprinting) or burpees (I can't demostrate it, so you might want to youtube about it) repeatingly, with short rest as interval, until your body run out of battery or you have dropped dead (To die on running track is "pain de lor") . Of course, I might not be 100% correct with the description, but you get the rough idea?

Watched "Hey! Gorgeous" just now, and find Miss SP is indeed quite gorgeous. Sweet smile, pretty good looking, makes people drool? Personally, I find Miss NYP, NP, and SP good looking, and you might want to throw in Miss SMU too. Though high votes among contestants are on Miss NTU, Miss Universe Singapore candidate, I only find her to be ordinary. I guess the definition of beauty differs.

I guess I blogged long enough? So I shall stop here and share an interesting article I read. Enjoy!
