Golfing Around
Edited my previous post and added photos which are overdue for like 3 months.
My journey in AFC is finally over, as mentioned in the previous post.
So where am I heading now?
For those who know about the Mad Dog, I, along with Sha and KC, are going on course in ASLC, Golf company.
Picking up guns again isn't pleasant, but I guess that's what I have deserved.
I am too tired from thinking how will I cope with ASLC. Furthermore, I am down with Excuse Heavy Load for a month.
For those who are concerned, I always have recurring pain along cervical vertebrae, which I always mistaken it as upper back pain. Hence, I always suffer pain whenever I carry outfield field pack. But that is not the reason why I didn't pass my veto factors in BFSC, and I jolly well know it.
Now, with me in ASLC and my first weekend would be burned due to live firing. I guess I won't be going for RUN NUS. My driving progress and FIC would be greatly affected as well. Great...
Here, I would like to thank Staff Lim for his guidance and encouragement. He is like a father to me, advicing me as I progress in the course. I really appreciate it and I have learnt a lot from him. Now that he is in some trouble, I hope he can get over it soon. All I can do is to offer some words of support and encouragement on Facebook. He said he is just a phone call away, but I...Sorry Staff. Press on!
I would like to thank Staff Heng too. He accompany me, trying to motivate me to stick to the gameplan but I failed. I am too ashamed to go and bid farewell to him yesterday before I leave the camp. Sorry Staff. But I learnt the "true" meaning of "Showmanship", after the incident at AOC/COC lesson for Guards Reservist.
I would like to thank Master Andy for making Lifesaver course enjoyable. It definitely has aid me in recovering from the numerous failures I tasted from BFSC.
I would like to thank Sgt Josh, for imparting his knowledge and provide encouragement when we need. I would continue to finetune my Front Crawl!
I would like to thank Sgt JunMing, I learnt quite a lot from him as well. Hope he is doing fine in Armour.
I would like to thank the ASAs and the Sports Scientists as well. Thanks ASAs for their help when I need to settle some administrative matters and thanks Mr Ding for his guidance for weight lifting.
AFC has been my second home to me for the past 6 months. The auditorium, the lockers, the restroom, the gym, the MPH and etc. Every traces of memories can be felt. I guess it's time to stop goofing around.
Care for a game of golf anyone?
