Long Updates

It's been 8 days, going 9, since I officially declare myself as my own boss. Till now, I have not attend any interview, or rather I didn't even take the effort to go and look for a job.

What's worst is that I've been spending money as if I am earning as much as WS. I spend an average of $40 per week when I am working, and now for this week I spent almost $100 already. Sunday has yet to come when I am blogging this! I am such a spenthrift!

The state of emergency has to be declared! I have to activate the media (newspaper classified), human resources (friends) and the management (myself) to fight against this unemployment crisis!

Oh well, since I am doing another updates for this week, so I shall get started else the title should be changed.

Oh crap! I forgot what I did on Thursday, except that I did visit the poor chap HY again. Even though I am forgetful, I would be forgiven since I am such a good and caring friend right?

For yesterday, which is Friday. No TGIF for me since I am practically free for the whole week! Since HY would undergo an operation in the evening. I did not go and visit him. If you are to ask me how these two factors are linked, well it's not.

Today, is a rather busy day. Went roller blading by myself again, Jac can't make it in the morning. I wondered if it's the housework that can't be delayed or it's the Pokemon he don't want to miss.

Oh well, it's my first time blading in the morning. It's not exactly early, I went at around 9, but it's a totally different experience I received. It's pretty quiet, everybody is enjoying the morning breeze before the sun steps up. It's really a peaceful scene. I, myself, have took the chance to step out of my comfort zone and blade from the rental shop to Bedok Jetty, instead of blading at my own comfort at the beginners' area.

All I can say that it's crazy for me. I am really weak I guess. My legs start to sore midway, suffering from the feedback I brought forward from Monday's vigorous blading. I felt so sick that I keep straining my neck to look for a place to rest! However, I reached the jetty before I found any seat.

The jetty in the morning is quiet. I guess it's because nobody want to scare away the fishes. But, I saw families bonding, friendship, and the beautiful horizon Mother Nature bestowed us human. It's just beautiful.

And David Alvis had a minor fall on his way back to the starting point. I am climbing a slope and I lost focus while mumbling some curses on how tiring it is to go up the slope. As mentioned earlier, it's only a minor injury that did not even amount to a drop of blood. Conclusion for today's blading is that I need to master braking and learn how to do turning properly.

During my walking lunch at PP (bought sushi and green tea from Giant and eat while walking), I met Jay. I have not seen him since before he went to Australia for attachment. He look quite the same, except for the sparse goatee he has added to himself. After some exchange of words, I found out that he is actually working in the Nokia retail outlet, and it's his last day. I mentioned some news about the poor chap and he said he want to visit him tomorrow. How nice he is.

Travel down to SGH, again. Thought I was late but it turned out that WS is even later. Anyway, I am glad that the operation is a success. To my dearest reader(s), please do not sit on your seat for long hours, because the doctor said the cause for his bubble(s) in the lungs is due to the fact that the blood flow slows down after sitting down and not moving for too long over long period of time. Technologies has benefitted us human, however also created some health hazards too. More and more people are suffering from computer-usage-related illness. Move your butts!

Went to Bugis to help JY to look for an ideal phone. Well, can't help but have to comment that I have been receiving malicious glare from him ever since I met him at the hospital. Because of my improper attire and/or perhaps my usual reserved conducts in the public, he kept saying stuffs that seems to imply that I am bent. It's true that I do not ogle at girls openly, but I do ogle at my own pleasure! Please stop that kind of nonsense else I might pass my judgment like what I did to Cal.

Oh well, at this moment I have changed the original title of this post from " Another Short Updates" to "Long Updates". For obvious reason, this post is getting a bit too long to be short. I am not writing an article or essay or thesis in the first place. I wonder how does it feel like to write a thesis on a blog?

Got to conquer Roller Blading! Perhaps Fencing is next?
