Cramming for CRM now even though it is a Tuesday test.

1 day left and yet so many information to memorise. I got a feeling that the test is not really that tough as I thought. However, I might be wrong. Argh, why can't the teachers give a more obvious hints? We are their customers, we paid them. Can't they just satisfy our needs and wants more? Despite teaching CRM, they don't understand this reason.

Time is running out, and I haven't edit WSNA yet. I guess the answer will come tommorrow.
