5th Week in BFSC
After a week of sun-tanning, I am back with a glowing brown tan on my face and limbs. As usual, my body retains the fairness.
The week is sort of like a recovery week, to lessen the pressure on the legs to prepare for the increasing intensity training for coming week. I reckon it's a good deal after all. Don't really like running anyway.
So the week is mostly about swimming instructional coaching, like how to teach breaststroke to non-swimmers. I managed to correct my front crawl (freestyle) posture and stroke, and learn a bit of sidestroke.
I am proud of myself for following the regime I planned out. The result are showing, except for the running part. Hope I can perform better for the coming SOC. Speaking about SOC, perhaps I should upgrade my training so as to prepare myself better.
Other than BFSC training, I should count myself lucky that I managed to book a Driving Final Theory Test date! Previously, all the slots are booked and I might have to wait till after I POP. Looks like I have to study hard for it and pass it. I can visualise my license by August already!
Alright, got to do a bit of my NCAP before booking in. Sport Climbing is kind of complicated for me, hope the course on next Sunday can help me better.
Endure more so that it would be easier to excel later.
