Second Week in BFSC
I thought I would never need to probe into Science ever again after my GCE "O"-level examination. I am so wrong.
It's not the usual science that I experienced before, it's Human Anatomy and Exercise Physiology. It's completely new, and I have never expect myself to study this, ever!
What's worse is that Human Anatomy test is the first event for next week. It's completely information overloading!
I am also introduced to National Coaching Accreditation Programme(NCAP). I would be taking Theory level 2 and I am required to plan a seasonal training programme for a sport. I have yet to decide on a sport, it would either be Archery or Rockclimbing. Hope I can make up my mind by tomorrow.
Non-physical matters aside, I had 5km Endurance Run and SOC this week.
I failed the timing for 5km run, I came in at 28:32min. The passing grade is 26:40min.
For SOC, I got around 12:57min. This result is completely atrocious for FS-to-be. FS is expected to clear the SOC under 9 minutes. I better start training harder unless I don't want to pass out from this course.
As a result for me failing the 5km run, I went for Remedial Training at Maju Fitness Conditioning Centre(FCC) earlier in the morning.
Instead of endurance run training, I was forced to take IPPT again. However, I am using the electronic system to take the IPPT.
I don't know the full name of the whole system, but I am impressed by how many manpower can be saved, and how precise the result is recorded.
Supposed to go rockclimbing with Keith and catch Suspect-X with CY and gang but both appointments are cancelled. I guess that's time created for me to study for the tests.
Simply need to be stronger, score better, and run faster, FS!
