First Week in BFSC
Honeymoon period is over. The first week in BFSC has passed and real training will start next week onwards.
In order to pass out from the course, I need to pass my IPPT(at FS standard), pass SOC under 9 minutes, and CPFT under 52 minutes. Well, given my current fitness level, passing out from the course is impossible.
I would say that the living conditions of Fitness Specialist(FS) Trainees are good. 2 man per bunk, Routine Order(RO) at 5.30pm, not much restrictions of movement in camp after RO. Life seems pretty good for now.
Was introduced to NLP, different from Adam Khoo's version, human anatomy and swimming pool guidelines. The only physically strenuous activity for the week is IPPT, which I only got a pass, based on FS scoring system. I clocked a 11.27 minutes for my 2.4km run, and I am the last of my course. Pretty depressing, but I am motivated to train now, so that I won't need to stay for RT. Book-outs are precious!
Share the same bunk with Bennett, at least he's somebody I know. Louis and ZhiYong are in FS too, along with other Leopards from other platoons. LLY is also in FS too! Seems like I know quite a number of people in FS already. Guess it's a good start.
Went to Echo to visit the Hotel's ASLCs. Most of them are doing fine, coping well, but for some, I guess Change has taken place and I just hope that Time can save the day.
Congratulations to Anson,Bryan and JieQi for passing their OCS crossover interview. May they do well for their upcoming fieldcamp.
Congratulations to the rest of the people I know, who got into their ideal or dream vocation. Wish you all the best.
I hope I am able to write a blogpost to comment on my POP 13 weeks later. All the best to everyone!
