10th Week in BFSC

Hate to mention this but Time really flies~

To think that I have been in this course for 10 weeks! I still remember the day when I dragged my barang-barang all the way from Hotel to AFC, wondering what is awaiting for me.

Well, back to present, nothing out of the blue happened this week. Just IPPT, SOC Trial and CPFT3.

Quite disappointed by my latest IPPT result. Though my 2.4KM Run timing improved, but it didn't break the 10 minutes mark and therefore, I am only awarded a Pass. I shall take the IPPT again, hitting Silver first then go for the Gold!

Due to the FBO SOC training, I managed to shed my SOC timing by 1 minute, but I didn't manage to pass. I guess I just go to run faster to shed 2 more minutes.

For CPFT3, it is yet another torturing experience. However, I have put this experience to good use. Unlike CPFT2, which I was said to be "possessed by SOC ghost", I doubled for almost the entire course this time round!

I tried out new tactics like changing the rifle position when swimming, which I think I am a bit faster now. I imitated Xavier, the course fittest and fastest FS trainee, by putying the rifle on the field bag instead of slinging it and run. I feel that those tactics actually helps!

For those who are puzzled about the "possessed by SOC ghost" comment. I guess the photo sort of described it. But it is taken while I am still largely in conscious mind.
